About Me:
I’m a strategy and transformation leader focused on scaling complex, high-growth businesses through data, systems, and AI-enabled solutions.
Currently, I support Quote-to-Cash transformation initiatives at Uber, helping scale its rapidly expanding B2B business. Working within a central transformation group, I partner across Sales, Deal Desk, Revenue Technology, Product, Engineering, and Accounting to drive solution strategy, modernize systems, and improve efficiency. My work spans process design, system enablement, and emerging AI applications in areas like contract intelligence and downstream automation.
Previously, I spent six years at Deloitte Consulting leading large-scale enterprise transformations. I partnered with senior leaders to design operating models, stand up transformation offices, and deliver measurable improvements in performance and scalability across technology, healthcare, and retail.
I began my career at Intel in global planning and analytics within the IoT business, and later worked in enterprise SaaS at Auror, supporting AI-enabled solutions for major retailers.
I focus on connecting strategy to execution, bringing clarity to complexity, aligning teams, and delivering measurable business impact.
Outside of work, I enjoy playing hockey and spending time outdoors in Colorado with my wife and dog.
